Prof. PhD. Helmut Rϋβmann

Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken Mr. Rϋβmann finished his Doctorate at the Frankfurt University, Germany. Since 1987, he is a University Professor in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Legal Philosophy at the Saarland University Saarbrücken, Germany. He worked as a judge at the Hanseatic Court of Appeals and Saarland Court of Appeals. He works as an arbitrator in national and international arbitration cases since 1985. His main areas of work and research are Rational reconstruction of legal arguments and legal reasoning, Law of Evidence, Internet Law, National and International Law of Civil Procedure including the Law on Arbitration, Multimedia in legal education and Court technology. He contributed in drafting the Law of Obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is a co-editor of the first online commentary on the German Civil Code.

MSc Veronika Efremova

GTZ Open Regional Fund for SEE-Legal Reform She graduated Law at the Skopje Faculty of Law in 2000. She holds a Master in Economic Sciences. At a moment, she is preparing her PhD on Complementarities between Competition and Consumer Policy in achieving economic growth, competitive markets and consumers' welfare in SEE countries. Since October 2000 she works as a Senior Expert for the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) and Open Regional Fund for SEE - Legal reform. Meanwhile she worked as a Legal Consultant for the World Bank in preparation of Studies for Local Economic Development of Macedonia. Her field of specialty and research are EU integration process, transposition of the Acquis in national legal systems and EU Internal Market aspects, mainly competition policy and consumer policy. She is author of a numerous articles and scientific papers published in Macedonia and abroad.

Doc. LLM. Kristaq Gjyli

University of Tirana, Faculty of Law He is a Deputy Dean at the Law Faculty of the University of Tirana. Mr. Gjyli teaches Banking and Tax Law. He is PhD candidate and member of the Scientific Board of the University of Tirana, as well as a member of other consultative boards in the field of law and public administration. He is author of a number of books and scientific papers published in Albania and abroad.

Prof. PhD. Borislav Petrović

University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Borislav Petrović is a Dean at the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is the first doctor of Criminal Sciences in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is engaged at the Criminal Law Department at the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo and at the Crime Department, Faculty of Criminal Sciences, University of Sarajevo. He has published two monographs, two manuals, 26 reviews and more than 45 professional papers in international and domestic publications.

Prof. PhD. Vitomir Popović

University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Law Prof. Popović is Dean at the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka since 01.09.2008. He has finished his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka in 1989 and defended his doctor dissertation at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1991. Since 1994 he works at the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka, and in 1997 he was nominated as an associate professor at the course “International Commercial Law”. In 2003 he is nominated as fulltime professor. Since 2004 he is an Ombudsman for human rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has published over 30 publications.

Prof. PhD. Željko Potočnjak

University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law Prof. Željko Potočnjak is a Dean at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, Croatia. He is a fulltime professor at the Department of Labor and Social law. Since 1982, he is a research assistant, assistant professor, associate professor, and in 2003 he becomes a fulltime professor. Prof. Željko Potočnjak is an author of a twenty scientific and professional papers. He is a President of the Croatian Association for labor and social rights and a member of the Executive Committee of International Society for Labor Law and Social Security Law. He is a founder member of the Academy of Legal Sciences of Croatia. Since April 2001 until April 2009 he was a judge of the Constitutional Court of Croatia. In April 2009 he was elected to be permanent fulltime professor.

Prof. PhD. Vesna Tomljenović

University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law In 1980 she was employed at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, as an assistant at the course International Private Law, and she was nominated for Docent in 1998. She became associate professor in 2003. She finished her postgraduate studies in International Public and Private Law and International Relations in 1985 at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, where she gains the title Doctor in Law in 1996. In her research papers main topic is the International Private Law and especially in the context of marine relations. She teaches International Commercial Arbitration, Marine International Private Law, Private International Law and European International Private Law.

Prof. PhD. Goran Koevski

University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius” Skopje, Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" Prof. Koevski obtained a master degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 1996 by defending the thesis “Long-term Instruments for Financing Enterprises, with a Special Review of the Comparative Law Regarding the Bonds as Long-Term Securities”. In May 2000 he acquired a doctoral degree from the same Faculty by defending the thesis “The Contract on Distribution of Goods in the Comparative Law”. Since 1989 he has been employed at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje. At present works as an Associate Professor in the scientific field of Commercial Law. In the period from November 2000 to October 2004 Professor Koevski served as a Vice Dean on Curriculum Matters at the Faculty of Law in Skopje. He has published over seventy scientific and professional articles in domestic and foreign magazines. He teaches International Commercial Law, Traffic and Transport Law, Commercial law etc.

Prof. PhD. Svetislav Taboroši

University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law Prof. Taboroši graduated at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1968 as a best student of the generation. He also graduated at the College for Foreign Trade as a best student of the generationo. He became Assistant in 1972 at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade and he still works there. His master thesis was for the planning in Yugoslavia, and his doctor dissertation was on topic “The consumption in the socialism” in 1980. In 1981 he was elected for docent at the course Economy system in Yugoslavia. In 1987 he became associate professor and in 1992 fulltime professor. He has published a lot of books and has written many research papers. He teaches Economic Policy, Law on the Economic System, Statistics. He has lectured at many universities abroad.

Prof. PhD. Stanko Bejatović

University of Kragujevac, Faculty of Law Prof. Bejatović graduated at the Faculty of Law in 1974 and defended his master thesis in January 1977. He became a Doctor in legal sciences in 1982 at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. Since 1995 he is a fulltime professor at the course Law on Criminal Procedure. Mr. Bejatovic has lectured at the universities in Moscow, Munich, Vienna, Podgorica and Ljubljana. He has been 2 times Vice-Dean at the Faculty and also a president and a member of many commissions and other bodies at the Faculty and the University. He is a member of the University Senate and Dean.  He has more than 128 publications.

Prof. PhD. Biljana Đuričin

University of Podgorica, Faculty of Law Prof. Đuričin has finished her postgraduate studies in Belgrade, in the Civil Law area and became doctor at the Law Faculty in Novi Sad.  She is a professor at the Faculty of Law in Podgorica, Montenegro and Director of the Centre of Law clinic at the Faculty. Main areas of her work and research are Law on Civil Procedure, Law of Evidence, Human Rights, Law on Arbitration, Moot court etc. She is visiting professor at the Law Faculties at the Central European University in Budapest, Columbus School of Law in Washington DC, University of Nebraska, Magdalen College in Oxford etc. She is a member of many professional associations and president of many working groups in the judiciary system. Ms. Đuričin has published many books and monographs.

Prof. PhD. Osman Pajić

Faculty of Law, University “Đemal Bijedić” Mostar Mr. Pajić is a Dean at the Faculty of Law at the University “Đemal Bijedić” in Mostar. In 2003 he defended his doctor thesis on „Acumulation, Investments and Economic policy in the Development of Bosnia nad Hercegovina and its entities“ at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka. Since 1998 he is employed at the Law Faculty, University “Đemal Bijedić”, as a Senior lecturer, principal subjects: Political Economy and Economic Policy. He is author of many books and other publications.
